Which payment methods can I use?

Boden.com accepts the payment methods below:

– Most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover

– Apple Pay (unavailable for items shipped from the UK)

– Shop Pay

– PayPal (unavailable for pre-order items)

– Boden Gift Cards

– Boden account credit (more information can be found under ‘How to use my boden account credit’)

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization. If your payment is declined for authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

When will I be charged?

In most instances, we only take payment when your items have been shipped. Only items that are available are charged so, if you buy a pre-order item(s), we won’t charge you for it until it is sent to you. There may be circumstances in which pre-order items will be charged prior to being shipped.

Extra information for orders including pre-order items:

Afterpay & PayPal are not available on orders containing pre-order items.
In the circumstance that the authorisation for your order is held by your bank, this will be released within 30 days, but this is dependent on their policies.
For any Monzo cards, authorisations will show as a separate charge and refund.
